1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Qoomply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Qoomply is an AI-powered Quality Management System (QMS) platform that provides document management, semantic search, AI-assisted analysis, audit tracking, KPI monitoring, and compliance tools for organizations.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person or organization may maintain multiple workspaces
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or workspaces
- Use the Service to store or process data in violation of data protection regulations
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API
5. Your Data
- You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days
6. AI Features
- AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and should be verified
- AI features use Google Vertex AI (Gemini) — your data is not used for training
- You can exclude specific documents from AI processing
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Google Cloud, Qdrant).
8. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is determined by your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qoomply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your workspace
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
